• ขั้นที่ 1 การเตรียมพื้นผิว

• • 1. ถ้าเป็นไม้ที่ทาสีเคลือบหรือน้ำมันเคลือบแข็งมาก่อนให้ลอกสีเก่าออกโดยการขัดด้วยกระดาษทรายจนถึงเนื้อไม้เดิม หรือ ใช้น้ำยาลอกสี แล้วทำความสะอาดผิวไม้ให้สะอาดโดยไม่ทิ้งคราบน้ำยาลอกสีไว้ เพราะทำให้สีย้อมไม้ไม่สามารถซึมเข้าเนื้อไม้ได้และสีจะแตกลอกได้  อุดโป๊วรอยแตกและเสี้ยน ไม้ด้วย เบเยอร์ วูดฟิลเลอร์ แล้วขัดแต่งให้เรียบด้วยกระดาษทราย
  • 2. ถ้าเป็นไม้ที่ไม่เคยทาสีย้อมไม้มาก่อน ให้ทำความสะอาดผิวไม้ด้วยทินเนอร์ เบเยอร์ M-1199 ก่อนจนสะอาดแล้วทิ้งไว้ให้แห้งสนิท

• • 1. ถ้าเป็นไม้มียางให้ใช้ เบเยอร์ ทินเนอร์ M-77 เช็ดทำความสะอาด ปล่อยให้แห้งแล้ว จึงขัดตามลายไม้ให้เรียบ
  • 2. ถ้าไม้ไม่มียาง ทิ้งไม้ให้แห้งสนิทแล้วขัดให้เรียบตามลายไม้และทำความสะอาด ให้ปราศจากคราบจากคราบไขและฝุ่นละออ
• ขั้นที่ 2 การทาสีรองพื้น

• • ไม่ต้องทาลองพื้น

• • กรณีไม้เนื้ออ่อน ให้ทารองพื้นกันเชื้อรา และแมลงกินไม้ B-6900 จำนวน 1 เที่ยว ทิ้งให้แห้ง 1-2 ชั่วโมง

• ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การทาสีทับหน้า

• • คนสีให้ทั่วทั้งก่อนทาและหมั่นคนระหว่างการทาเพื่อให้เม็ดสีกระจายตัวสม่ำเสมอ
  • ควรทาตามลายไม้ทีละแผ่น และไม่ควรทาขวางแนวเสี้ยนเพื่อลดรอยต่อของแปรง
  • ไม่ควรทาขณะที่มีความชื้นสูงผิดปกติ เช่น ก่อนหรือหลัง ฝนตกใหม่ ๆ
  • ในการทาแต่ละเที่ยวควรทิ้งให้แห้งสนิทอย่างน้อย 3-4 ชั่วโมง ก่อนทาเที่ยวต่อไป
  • ควรทาทุกๆ ด้านของไม้ให้ทั่วจำนวน 1 เที่ยว เพื่อการปกป้องสูงสุด ก่อนนำไม้ไปประกอบและทาเที่ยวต่อไปเมื่อนำไม้ไปประกอบแล้ว
  • สำหรับการใช้ภายในควรทาอย่างน้อย 2 สำหรับการใช้ภายนอกควรทาไม่เกิน 3 เที่ยว เพื่อให้ไม้คายความชื้นได้ดีที่สุด

 Product use process 
 Step 1 Surface Preparation 
  old wood :

• 1. If the wood has been painted, coated or coated with oil before, peel off the old paint by sanding with sandpaper until the original wood or using paint remover. Then clean the wood surface thoroughly without leaving any stains on the paint stripper. Because the wood dye cannot penetrate into the wood and the color will crack. Putty cracks and splinter on the wood with Bayer Wood Filler and sanding to smooth the finish with sandpaper. Clean the wood surface with Beger M-1199 thinner first until it is clean and then leave to dry completely. 

  New wood :

• 1. If the wood has rubber, use Beger Thinner M-77 to wipe it clean. let it dry Therefore, polished according to the wood grain to be smooth.
• 2. If the wood has no rubber. Allow the wood to dry completely and sand it to smooth the grain and clean it. To be free from stains from grease and dust.

 Step 2 Primer painting 

• do not need to apply to try the floor. Tips in case of soft wood. Apply a fungal foundation. and B-6900 wood-eating insects, 1 trip, leave to dry for 1-2 hours.

 Step 3 Paint the topcoat 

• Applying the topcoat, stir the color all over before applying and keep stirring during the application so that the pigment is evenly distributed. should be applied according to the wood pattern one sheet at a time And should not be applied across the splinter line to reduce the brush's joints. Should not be applied during unusually high humidity, such as before or after a new rain. Each coat should be left to dry completely for at least 3-4 hours. Before applying the next coat should be applied to all sides of the wood for 1 coat. for maximum protection before bringing the wood to assemble and doing the next trip when the wood has been assembled For internal use, at least 2 coats should be applied; for external use, no more than 3 coats should be applied for optimal dehumidification.
